Each full time security officer is entitled to 4 weeks holidays equivalent to their average working week. (if you are on a 156 hour roll you are entitled to 156 hours holidays in a given year).

Part-time holidays are accrued on an 8.33% basis and will not exceed 4 weeks in any given year.
