The role of a Security Officer depends greatly on the requirements of our individual clients.

Your areas of work may include reception, help desk, security gatehouse, weighbridge and site patrol. Many of our clients have a dynamic working environment, ensuring that duties are very diverse. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure you are fully competent. This may include access control, first aid, fire warden duties, vehicle and personnel searches, recorded patrols, CCTV monitoring, energy conservation, telephone response, lost and found property and much more.

Security Officer


As a Patrolman you will be responsible for visiting a variety of our customers in order to check site security, open and lock sites, attend alarm activations or be an emergency contact for Security Officers on site.

As a Patrolman, you are a crucial member of the team, providing backup and ensuring the health & safety of lone workers.

Mobile Patrolman


Synergy Security Solutions have many clients throughout Ireland. We require drivers to deliver both personnel and equipment to their premises. This role, although requiring strict time management and punctuality, also offers a large degree of freedom. The job will vary from day to day in terms of areas visited and duties carried out, from support services to a supervisory role, offering help and advice to colleagues with whom you are in contact.

Driver / Supervisor


Synergy Security Solutions operates a 24-hour control room. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety of all personnel.

You will be responsible for monitoring the activity of all deployed personnel and acting rapidly when necessary. In this job, one day is never the same as another. It is crucial that any applicant for the role is comfortable working under pressure, working nights and using their own initiative.

Controller


As a Special Event Steward, you are responsible for ensuring spectators can enjoy events in a safe and secure environment.

Our special events team have the opportunity to work at a wide range of prestigious sporting events throughout Ireland. We provide stewarding services to The FAI, GAA and Horse Racing Ireland to name but a few. This role offers a very competitive rate of pay with a very high degree of flexibility.

Special Events - Safety Stewards


As a Training Officer you will be responsible for the ongoing development and training of our Security Officers once they have been deployed to site.

You will be required to visit Officers on site, both experienced and newly trained, to complete training logs and work with the Officers towards various qualifications e.g. Fetac Level 4 & 5, Non Violent Crisis Intervention Management. The successful applicant would have previous experience within the industry. They must have good inter-personal skills and the ability to work independently and with a large degree of freedom.

Security - Training Officers


As a Contract Manager you will be responsible for liaising with a diverse client base, ensuring that we consistently deliver a high level of service. One day in this role will never be the same as another. The role requires you to be able to respond well to working under pressure.

You will receive a comprehensive training and development plan to enable you to complete in depth assignment surveys, risk assessments and security surveys. As a company dedicated to continuous improvement you will also seek to add value to our contracts whenever possible.

Contracts Managers


Working as part of a team you will be based at our Offices Nationwide. Your daily duties will include general administration tasks, creating and monitoring Key Performance Indicators and supporting other departments within the company Head Office.

As an Administrator you will have the opportunity to move towards other areas of the business such as Operations, Marketing, Sales and Human Resources. The successful applicant should be hard working and be able to work as part of a team. Just as important is an eye for detail and the ability to work without supervision.
