A: I wanted to start new career. I worked as a caretaker at a local college which was very challenging. I wanted to find comparable job which could give me the same amount of adrenaline and potential. I thought working for Synergy Security Solutions could give me that. A: They thought I was wasting my time and that I was too qualified to go into Security. A: I enjoyed the work and the challenge. Everyday is different and it can be quite hectic looking after my team. I have received great support from my line managers who have ensured that my training and development needs are always met and often exceeded.
